Bookings & payments
A booking is confirmed only after we receive the agreed advance payment and send written confirmation. Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Government taxes, permits, and fuel surcharges may apply as per the final invoice.
Itinerary changes
Himalayan travel depends on weather, road conditions, and permits. We reserve the right to alter routes, accommodation, or timings for safety. We will offer reasonable alternatives of comparable value when changes are required.
Traveler responsibilities
- Valid government ID and permits required for restricted areas
- Medical fitness for high-altitude and adventure activities
- Compliance with local laws and guide instructions
- Personal travel insurance is strongly recommended
Liability
Snowmist Holidays acts as an organizer and is not liable for events beyond our control including natural disasters, strikes, or medical emergencies. Our liability for proven service deficiencies is limited to the amount paid for the affected portion of the trip.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Dehradun, Uttarakhand. For cancellations and refunds, see our Refund Policy.
