Standard cancellations
- More than 30 days before departure: 90% refund (10% processing fee)
- 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund
- 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund
- Less than 7 days before departure: No refund
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
Fixed departures
Group fixed-departure seats are non-transferable without our approval. If you cancel, we may offer your seat to waitlisted travelers; any refund follows the schedule above minus non-recoverable permit and hotel deposits already paid on your behalf.
Force majeure
If a trip is cancelled by us due to government restrictions, natural disasters, or unsafe conditions, you may choose a full credit toward a future departure or a partial refund after deducting committed third-party costs.
Date changes
